Libby is a dedicated wife and mother to three beautiful children, aged 25, 15, and 5 years old. Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs, she has always had a natural inclination toward business. As a co-founder of WootRecruit in 2020, a SaaS company that enables businesses to overcome hiring bottlenecks and achieve aggressive growth, Libby has helped more than 400 companies across 25 different industries around the world.
Libby is also the proud owner of Organize It, a cleaning and professional organizing company. Launched in 2014, her professional organizing company quickly identified the need for a dependable residential cleaning service. She added the cleaning division to Organize It in 2018.
This year, she launched her second SaaS company, Service Cart. Service Cart enables cleaning companies to sell their services online in seconds by combining machine learning, geospatial data, and payment processing into an all-in-one e-commerce tool.
